Shipping & returns

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with PostNL, and you will always receive a Track & Trace code.

Can I cancel a webshop order?
If you want to cancel an order, please email the Drinksplease.nl customer service via [email protected] and provide the order number. The order number can be found on the order confirmation you received by email or in your webshop account. We do not charge any costs for cancellations.

Note: an order can be canceled up to 2 pm. Until now, we can still remove the order from the process.

Can I return a webshop order?
To return your order, you can email us, citing your order number.

Return conditions
- Return the products within 14 days.
- Product must not be opened or damaged.
- Always use the original packaging and shipping box for your return shipment.
- Keep the proof of shipment that you receive at the post office.
- Drinksplease.nl does not reimburse the costs of the return shipment.

Within a week after we have received your return shipment, your iDeal payment will be refunded to your account.
